You will have your own private furnished bedroom with:

Outside your bedroom, the living room, kitchen and balcony are shared with me.
There is also one bathroom and one toilet. Although the bathroom is technically shared, I go to the gym every day and usually shower there, so I rarely use the bathroom at home. In practice, you will have almost exclusive use of the bathroom.Since I rarely use it, I would appreciate you taking responsibility for keeping the bathroom clean.
The kitchen is equipped with basic household appliances, including:
Refrigerator
Microwave
Electric kettle
Gas stove
etc.
I usually take care of cleaning the shared spaces regularly, and I would appreciate it if you could keep them clean after using them.
The building also has:

Bicycle parking is ¥200/month and is not included in the rent.
About My Rabbit
I have a friendly pet rabbit who lives in the living room/common area.
You don’t need to take care of her, but you should be comfortable living with a rabbit in the shared space. If you like rabbits, that’s definitely a plus :)
Rent & Payment
¥100,000/month, including utilities and Wi-Fi
Deposit: ¥100,000 (one month’s rent)
The deposit is refundable when you move out, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.
There are no other initial costs besides the deposit.
No minimum rental period. You can stay for one month, one year, or longer if you like.
About Me
I’m a 30-something office worker with a fairly quiet and disciplined lifestyle. I usually get up around 6am and go to bed before 11pm.
I mainly work at the office and sometimes work from home, so my schedule is fairly flexible.
I like reading, outdoor activities, etc.
Most of the time, I’m very quiet and doing my own things, so there’s no pressure to socialize if you prefer being left alone.
I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful and easygoing, and who is comfortable sharing a home with a rabbit.
