The house is divided into 4 separate “wings”, affording more space and privacy than in a typical house share. Each bedroom shares a bath with one.

Located on 5 private acres w/fire pit, gazebo and beautiful trail leading to the miles-long Lawrence-Hopewell trail. Existing housemates choose new housemates by consensus after a 20-minute interview, ensuring a warm, compatible, independent energy in the house, w/good boundaries and a balance of genders, introverts/extroverts, etc. Housemates are drawn to the location (bikable/walkable to PU, BMS, ETS), easy community and convenience of all services included in one common fee.

A well-behaved dog may be considered, but please no cats or couples.
