We have a rear one bedroom mobile that we are renting out for $750 utilities included, or we can furnish it for $900 a month.
Very secluded, 14 miles of town of Thoreau, half a mile to Bluewater lake.
Its exit 53 to 612 highway, then 14 miles.
Pets allowed indoors and out, but no chains.
Month to month lease as the property is listed for sale. But will have at least a 30 days notice if buyer wants vacant.
Carport to park in.
Huge Yard and Huge pinion trees ..
