This trailer has only been used for three camping trips and is in very good overall condition. It has been stored indoors for more than half of its life, and when stored outdoors it was covered for much of that time.
We’re selling because we simply didn’t use it as much as we expected, and we purchased a UTV that does not fit inside the trailer.

GVWR: 2,990 lbs
Dry Weight: approximately 1,580–2,110 lbs depending on configuration
Tongue Weight: approximately 250–485 lbs
Cargo Capacity: approximately 880–1,410 lbs
IMPORTANT: Please verify both your vehicle’s towing capacity and maximum allowable tongue weight before coming to see the trailer. Tongue-weight capacity can be the limiting factor even when the tow vehicle has sufficient overall towing capacity.
Condition:
The trailer is extremely lightly used and everything functions as it should. I want to disclose the known cosmetic items upfront so there are no surprises when you come to see it:
Entry door: there are several dents/marks on the inside of the entry door. These were present when I purchased the trailer new. The RV dealer had planned to replace the door, but they ordered the wrong replacement, so the original door remained installed.
Countertop: there is a noticeable chip with a portion missing from the front edge of the interior countertop, as shown in the photos.
A/C shroud: the exterior plastic A/C shroud has a crack/dent. The A/C itself operates and cools properly, though it is somewhat loud while running.
Minor normal wear: otherwise there is light cosmetic wear consistent with limited use and storage.
I have included close-up photos of these items in the listing so buyers can see their condition before coming to look at the trailer.
Sale / Title Information:
There is currently a loan on the trailer through Bank of America. If we agree on a sale, the loan payoff can be made directly at a Bank of America branch as part of the transaction. Bank of America provides a payoff receipt at the branch and then electronically releases the lien to Arizona MVD after processing. Because Arizona titles are electronic, there may be a short processing period before the lien release appears in the Arizona MVD system. We will complete an Arizona Title Transfer Bill of Sale documenting the transaction, and I will cooperate with the buyer until the lien release and title transfer are completed.
