Technics RS-TR355 Stereo Double Cassette Deck Auto Reverse Dual HX PARTS/REPAIR

Both sides work when you put the tape in with no problems. You can even press play going the other way and it will work. But I'm finding that the fast forward and reverse is not working on either side.

There might be somebody that understands about electronics who could easily fix this but I'm just explaining what happens when I turn it on.
