R. Blume Underground is seeking an experienced Directional Drill Operator with expert-level rock drilling experience in telecommunications and dry utility construction.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience operating Ditch Witch HDD drilling equipment, leading crews, maintaining production, and safely installing underground utilities in challenging ground conditions.

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL (Required)
Proven rock drilling experience
Telecom and dry utility installation experience
Strong leadership and safety mindset
Ability to travel as needed
