"Juniper" is a long yearling registered Jersey heifer. DOB 8/22/25. She is bred and will be confirmed soon. She is coming along nicely in her training and enjoys being around people. She will walk up to you in the pen. She is bred to A2A2 BB AB painted, registered Jersey bull. She will be confirmed with blood test. I will update the listing when the results are in. Due date will be May 15-June 15, 2027.
She is halter and lead trained and desensitized to touch. She is used to being led around by an 11 year old girl and loves her best. She follows a bucket. She has a correct udder with no extra teats. Possible her teats are long enough for hand milking. Definitely the fronts are, possibly the backs. She is not "springing" yet, but she has a nice udder. She has a little bit of an overbite but no issues with it. Price reflects.
This is her YouTube. She improves in leading every day! https://www.youtube.com/shorts/T8whZQcLfh8
Per Neogen she is:
A2A2
Kappa Casein BB
Beta Casein AA
Beta Lactoglobulin AB
She is being fed a nice second cutting orchard/alfalfa, fresh water, mineral, salt and some grain as a reward for her training.
