Praying For A Miracle (Eugene)

As our youngest was about to fly the nest, I discovered that my wife had been unfaithful for several years. I got the raw end of the deal. I have been staying with a friend for the past 5 months now but they are about to move and I desperately need to come up with a room of some kind somewhere by the end of this month.
As luck would have it, my truck also died immediately after leaving our family home. I need to find a place to settle down for winter. I do not have company very often at all and my job, along with the commute to and fro, encompasses the majority of 5 days a week. I will mainly be around later in the evening to eat shower and sleep.
I am desperately trying to piece back together my life after betrayal and destruction. I desperately need a place of solace. I'm hoping to find something for around 650ish per month. I don't need fancy accommodations and I can even explore alternative accommodations. I just need to be dry and warm.

I have never been in this position before and I would greatly appreciate any help at all. I should add that I grew up with a carpenter as a father and I can perform all work from the ground up on housing so if you do need work done or anything like that I can fix anything.
