Lovely area of Powers, Oregon! Gateway to the Siskiyous! This small community is a beautiful drive just south of Myrtle Point and Coos Bay.
Supportive park community, laundry and shower facilities available ($50 key deposit for those tenants who wish to use these facilities).
Month-to-month tenancy only.
We do background/credit checks with your $29.98 app fee
Some of our spaces are subject to electrical submetering which is billed monthly.
We pay Water/Sewer/Garbage. You won't find a better rate anywhere!

Due to insurance restrictions, we can only accommodate small pets or dogs weighing less than 20 pounds. thank you!
When Available:
RV Spaces 1-8 are $400/month (Deposit is $500)
Other larger RV spaces are $425/month (Deposit is $525)
Spaces 13 or 15 are $435/month (Deposit is $535)
Triple income requirement or a higher deposit is required.
