What: Upstairs 1200 sq. ft top floor, plus deck, 2 bedrooms, and brand new bathroom (with bathtub). The suite is partially furnished, and could be unfurnished.

Price: $2100/month + utilities. Seven-month lease, with the possibility of extensionā˜ŗļø I am currently planning to return May 1st, 2027. Rent paid via e-transfer.

Who: This house suits a single or dual-income household. If you are looking for a well-maintained and loved home in a location with good community this top floor unit is a space of rest. This house will suit someone who is looking for a quiet and clean space to call home. There will be a small amount of home tasks such as helping to maintain the compost and recycling area and shared laundry room. Because I will be out of town, I am looking for a tenant(s) who will treat the home with the same care and pride I do- a person or people who enjoy nesting, quiet, and keeping the space in good condition. There will be a tenant below in the garden suite (with a fire rated ceiling between floors) and so having a person or people who are considerate about sound is essential. I am looking for someone who respects other people's privacy and right to sleep and consistency. To apply, please provide photo ID, a few recent pay stubs, and 1-2 landlord references.
