The layouts include either: tub/shower with a range (including oven) OR a walk-in shower with a cooktop (no oven). Please note that entry into the tiny homes are up TWO STEPS; the walk-in shower layout has an additional ONE STEP into the washroom.
Must be fully screened and have a security deposit (1/2 month rent) and pet damage deposit if applicable (also 1/2 month rent).
There is a limit of 4 total beings in this unit including adults, kids, and pets. This unit is for non-smoking tenants ONLY – no smoking or vaping tenants will be considered for this unit. If you are a smoker or vaper, please do not apply for this unit.
We are located south of town, near Black Point, at Pine Tree Community RV Park (see www.pinetreecommunity.ca). Please note that all other RV Park rules apply to this lease, including no exterior storage or outbuildings as a part of this offer.
$1600 per month. Length of month-to-month lease is determined by future existing reservations. NO DRUGS ARE PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. Tenant would receive 1 unit key in the lockbox.
