We’re looking for subcontractors in:
-Finish Carpentry
-Tile installation
-Drywall hanging, finishing, and repair
-Flooring installation
-Framing
-Siding
-Window and exterior door installation
-Shower system installation, including composite and panel systems
-Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC
-Stone Masons
-Custom fabrication & Other skilled residential construction trades
What we expect:
-Fully licensed, bonded, and insured businesses
-Quality craftsmanship and attention to detail
-Reliable scheduling and clear communication
-Clean, organized jobsites and respect for our clients’ homes
-Accountability for your work, performance, and follow-through
What you can expect from Boxer:
-Clear scopes of work and payment terms
-Professional project coordination and communication
-Up to a 50% deposit to get started, depending on the project and agreed terms
-Remaining payment upon completion or phase as applicable and inspection of your work
-Opportunities to build an ongoing working relationship
