Mercury 9.9 4 stroke outboard with electric start, power tilt, alternator, and all new fuel delivery components - new 3 gallon tank, fuel hoses and connections, easy access fuel filter, and factory installed fuel tank stowage.
Clean, odor free interior with dinette layout. V-berth forward with cushions. Origo alcohol stove. 20 gallon fresh water tank with electric pump at galley sink. 5 fire extinguishers, flares, PFD's. Enclosed head with holding and deck pump out fitting (NO odors!!). 50 ft. 30 amp/125 VAC shore power cord with 115 VAC pigtail.
3 Danforth anchors, main anchor rigged with 59 feet of 1/4 inch chain and 200 feet of hard lay 1/2 inch nylon three strand, marked at 30 foot intervals. Heavy chain anchor sentinel included.

The boat is due for bottom paint, and perhaps some cosmetic upgrades on deck... structurally, the boat is in very good to excellent condition for it's age, due for the quality of construction.
