## GOOGLE**WEBSITE**SOCIAL MEDIA** EXPERT NEEDED
### Local Hudson Valley General Contractor — Immediate Start
Established **Hudson Valley general contractor** is looking for an **experienced, results-driven digital marketing professional** to take charge of our online presence and help generate **real local leads and new customers**.
Our **website is already built and formatted**. We are **not looking for someone to start from scratch**. We need the right person to take over, update and improve what we already have, and make sure our website, Google presence, and social media are all working together as one strong local marketing strategy.
We are looking for someone experienced with:
* **Website management and updates**
* **Local Google marketing and Google Business Profile**
* **Google Ads and local lead generation**
* **SEO focused specifically on the Hudson Valley**
* **Facebook & Instagram marketing**
* **Social media content and advertising**
* Creating campaigns for **carpentry, decks, roofing, windows & doors, painting, concrete, bathrooms, kitchens, renovations, and general contracting**
* Keeping our branding and message consistent across the website, Google, and social media

YOU MUST BE LOCATED IN THE HUDSON VALLEY AREA. We are specifically looking for someone local who understands our market, our customers, and the communities we serve. This is not a position for an out-of-state or remote-only marketing company
We want **one reliable person or company who will take responsibility for the entire online marketing program**, communicate with us directly, understand the construction/home-improvement industry, and make adjustments based on actual results.
**General contractor or home-improvement marketing experience is strongly preferred.**
**References and examples of previous work are required.** Please be prepared to show contractors or similar local service businesses you have worked with and examples of measurable results you have produced.
