We service both residential and commercial customers and provide our technicians with the latest tools, technology, and training to succeed.
Position Summary
The HVAC Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor service work on residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, and committed to delivering quality workmanship.

Primary Responsibilities
• Perform routine maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems
• Identify and communicate repair recommendations to customers
• Complete service paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Arrive at scheduled job assignments on time and prepared
• Follow company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work overtime and occasional weekends as needed
• Some travel may be required
• Ability to climb ladders while carrying up to 30 lbs.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, including crawlspaces and attics
• High School Diploma or equivalent (trade school education is a plus)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• EPA Certification preferred but not required
