**Westside Building & Restoration LLC** is looking for a **skilled, experienced painter** to join our team.
We need someone who takes pride in producing **clean, professional-quality work** and understands proper preparation and finishing.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
ā¢ Must have professional painting experience
ā¢ Interior & exterior painting experience
ā¢ Skilled with cutting, rolling, brushing and finishing
ā¢ Experience with patching, sanding, caulking and surface preparation
ā¢ Sheetrock repair and skim-coating experience is a plus
ā¢ Must have **your own tools**
ā¢ Must have **reliable transportation**
ā¢ Must be dependable, punctual and able to work independently
ā¢ Must keep a clean and professional jobsite
ā¢ Must be respectful when working in customers' homes
