We are looking for an experienced and reliable person to slaughter and dress cattle at our farm in Dutchess County, New York.
The complete job includes:
* Humane slaughter and bleeding
* Skinning
* Gutting
* Splitting or quartering the carcass
* Preparing the quarters for processing
We process the beef on the farm and have the necessary equipment, but you must bring your own knives and hand tools.
You must have substantial cattle-slaughter experience and references. This could become regular work for the right person.
Pay is per head and will be agreed upon before work begins.
