I only work at residential properties, I don't work on any commercial/office buildings, I'm usually booked a few weeks so let me know what you need done with some notice, I went to school for cabinet making then to a vocational college to learn all the trades framing houses, roofing, windows, doors, siding, kitchens, baths, stairs, flooring, all types trim work, additions, renovations, decks, sky lights, some masonry, landscaping. Now doing mostly smaller type jobs and repairs around the house - basic plumbing and electrical, windows and door repairs or replacing, flooring, sheetrock and taping, minimal painting, tile, siding, gutter cleaning and repairs, stockade fences, retaining walls, shelving, furniture repairs, rubbish removal. I am insured, reliable, no drugs and show up on time. Pay rate is $40 per hour for most jobs. There is no license required to do carpentry or home improvement work in Dutchess county, I'm available in the Poughkeepsie area only within twenty minutes out, Call or text Danny at 845 705 0225
