Amazing ivory sequinned gown from the 1950-1960's era by designer Frank Starr, possibly designed by Ruth Goude. Very Marilyn Monroe like. Frank Starr had a line from 1930-1966 of cocktail and evening dresses. Has his original label and one from Julius Garfinckel, washngton. Does have issues. I believe it was hanging in a closet next to a pink dress and some of the color has rubbed off on it. I believe a good dry cleaning will take care of that. Probably a size 10, has a slit on the side, side zipper. Also, has a small area of the sequins missing. Beautifully made
