The heavy lifting on the framing layout is already complete, and the interior features high-quality 2x4 stud walls and thick floor sheathing. It comes bundled with your picks from a ton of loose construction materials to help you finish the exterior, saving you literally thousands at the hardware store.

Structure Dimensions & Features:
• Footprint: 14'5" Length x 10'2" Width
• Height: 11'1" total height from base platform to roof peak.
• Built-in Loft: Heavy-duty framed loft platform starts at 74" off the floor; 3'10" of peak head clearance (plenty of room for a sleeping area or overhead storage).
Framed out with rough openings for 2 windows and 1 entry door.
Included Finishing Materials:
You get all remaining raw materials: multiple sheets of T1-11 exterior siding panels, OSB sheathing boards, loose framing lumber (2x4s and 2x6s), roll of Tyvek house wrap, Smart Trim pieces, extra truss materials, 1 roll-out exterior awning (just under 10 feet long), and 1 aluminum gutter section (just under 10 feet long).
BUYER MUST MOVE: This structure is firmly built on-site over ground blocks. It is not on a mobile chassis/wheeled trailer, so you'll need a tilt-bed truck/trailer flatbed... car hauler might work? Or it wouldn't take a whole lot to dismantle then reassemble after transport. But please have your own transport figured out! If you need help, we can absolutely help load. Serious inquiries only.
