All In Construction LLC | North Idaho / Coeur d’Alene Area
All In Construction LLC is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced, hardworking individual to join our team!
We’re looking for someone with 5+ years of siding experience, ranging from production/tract homes to large custom homes. Ideally, we want someone who is well-rounded, knowledgeable in all types of siding, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and has the ability to eventually lead their own crew.
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of hands-on siding experience
* Experience with multiple siding products, styles, and installation methods
* Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship
* Strong general construction knowledge
* Leadership skills and the ability to eventually manage a crew
* Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
* Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow with a company
Being a Well-Rounded Carpenter Is a HUGE Plus!
While siding is our primary focus right now, we take on a wide variety of construction projects, including:
* Siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim
* Deck building and fencing
* Framing and finish carpentry
* Interior and exterior remodels
* Flooring installation
* Drywall, painting, and more!
We’re looking for someone who can excel in multiple areas of construction and isn’t afraid to jump into different types of projects.
About the Position:
We’re currently a small, owner-operated company, so you’ll initially be working directly alongside the two owners. As we continue to grow, our goal is to transition the right person into a full foreman position, running their own crew and overseeing projects.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to get in on the ground floor of a growing construction company and build a long-term career with us.
Pay: Competitive and dependent on experience, skill level, and leadership ability.
Location: Coeur d’Alene, Post Falls, and surrounding North Idaho areas.
If you have the experience, work ethic, and ambition we’re looking for, we’d love to hear from you!
Send us a message with your experience, background, and a little bit about yourself.
