Needs rebuilt. Very little wear on bearings, small chip broken off where outer starter bolts on, still has half the ear with threads. See pic, easy fix. Was just going to re-ring it and put it back together & run it in my truck, this is the direct injection version, came from a low mile wrecked truck. actual mileage unknown, engine was picked up with a claw, but no major damage other than what is seen and the starter bolt. it turns smooth even before I took it apart. I was going to make it a 4bbl for my OBS Chev, but im staying with old school SBC & BBC
Could just re-ring it use existing bearings. minimal wear on bearings
No valve covers, no valley cover, no timing cover.
