Recently divorced and gone through a foreclosure and credit hit as a result. Great rental history prior to divorce. Looking for 2/2 or 3/2 house for myself and my 13 year old, 1650 max rent, Ideally in East Atlanta or Decatur. I am a teacher working in the same district for the last 3 years. I will be receiving cash for keys for my move out, and will be using that for my deposit.
