Our units offer spacious rooms, washer and dryer hookups, and off-street parking. We have a 24-hour emergency maintenance service as well. Utilities are paid for by the tenant and all apartments are equipped with electric appliances.
Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 am till 4:00pm.

There is an application fee of $50 per person 18+, that includes the background screening, and a $250 holding fee that will go toward the deposit on approval. These are due at the time the application is turned in.
We are pet friendly with breed restrictions. Our one-time pet fee is $200.00 per pet and $10/monthly pet fee, 2 pet limit per unit. Meet and greet and shot records required.
