Your flooring will look great but also last long due to my extensive surface prep, and expertise in the little details like trimming it out properly, using the right transitions and demoing as much of the old flooring as necessary to get the proper starting level. This is where I outshine my peers, because rolling my sleeves up and getting it right is a standard part of the process. You name it, and it can be done. At the highest level of professionalism around. I’ve been doing this for 22 years with many happy clients all over southern Maine.

I work when I say I will, get your project done on time, solve on site problems without bothering or bragging to you about it, keep my worksite organized and leave no trace with my Lead safe jobsite containment system.
$60 per hour for all services, plus $1 per mile one way travel door to door. I will quote you a range of hours after you tell me about your job. I’ll always stay in that range for the work agreed upon.
I find that doing it this way keeps the deal fair. As opposed to traditional price per foot work, where installers lose on smaller jobs and clients lose on larger jobs. My way keeps it fair every time and allows me to consider smaller work with the same weight as larger jobs, not having to favor one type over another.
You pay me within a couple days of the end of the job for jobs less than a week.
Pay weekly for larger jobs; each Monday for the prior weeks work (bill submitted on Friday’s).
You buy the flooring materials based off the square footage I recommend. Incidentals and supplies like fasteners, underlayment, patch, hardware and adhesive can be purchased by me and reimbursed on your bill. this helps keep it simple and ensures we have everything we need onsite ready to go, no wasted hours running to the store for things.
My work availability is Monday thru Thursday 7a-5p no exceptions for working outside of this window.
