PGA VILLAGE, UPSCALE COMMUNITY....Just updated, No Carpets, most homes in PGA need work, most need a new roof and most have high insurance costs, not this one!!! Home needs nothing, it's been done. 3 actual bedrooms and a good size office. New Appliances, Quartz Counters, New W/D and on and on.
