Looking for an experienced soffit installer, siding installer, or skilled exterior remodeling contractor to install new soffit on a residential home.
Seeking someone who specializes in soffit installation and has experience producing clean, professional-looking finished work.
This is a residential renovation project. Looking for quality workmanship at reasonable, investor-friendly pricing.
🔨 SCOPE OF WORK:
- Install new soffit along designated areas of the house, potentially including the entire home
- Properly measure, cut, fit, and securely install soffit panels
- Install appropriate J-channel, F-channel, trim, and other necessary accessories
- Ensure soffit is properly aligned with straight, clean, professional-looking finishes
- Properly finish corners, transitions, and connections to fascia and exterior walls
- Install appropriate vented soffit where required for attic ventilation
- Ensure all materials are securely fastened and installed according to manufacturer specifications
- Address any uneven areas or installation issues to ensure a quality finished appearance
- Clean up all installation debris upon completion
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have prior experience installing soffit
- Must provide PICTURES OF PREVIOUS SOFFIT INSTALLATION WORK
- Must have all necessary tools, ladders, and equipment
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must know how to properly install soffit channels, trim, and ventilation
- Must be comfortable working from ladders and at roof/eave heights
- Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of producing professional results
- References from previous customers are a plus
- Proper licensing and insurance, where applicable, preferred
