I had a roommate several years ago and I liked it. She was a long term old friend. She helped me with my passing mother. What I liked most was, she did her own thing. If I wanted to leave for a few hours or a few days, we just worked it out. She worked from home, so it usually worked out great. She left for weeks at a time to visit her grandkids and I just planned to be home. We often ate a meal together and enjoyed long deep personal conversations, but that was about it.
I don't smoke cigarettes, seldom ever have a beer ( infact it's been, I believe about 2 years since). I eat very healthy and like a mostly quiet place. I live several miles east of 101 and we get some hot weather. About 90 today. The river is across the street. I wouldn't be looking for a roommate, but I have a big dog I rescued a few years ago and she is stressed when I leave, and I can't often take her. I love to hike ( year around ), and gather mushrooms in the fall. I have family several hours away and can return the same day, but it would be nice to go over night now and then.
I'm more comfortable around younger people. I'm spiritual ("NOT" religious) and although I'm a senior, I find many seniors kind of stuck in their ways, and not so open minded. I'm also more comfortable around females or men leaning towards their feminine side.
If this resonates with you, please do not respond with one liners. I will probably ignore you. Tell me what in my ad you were most drawn to, and lots of helpful information about yourself.
I have two bedrooms on the other side of the house and a private bathroom. There furnished, but that can be changed. The rent would be between $300-$600 depending on stuff. And that includes Internet and utilities.
Thanks
