This is a home made tiny home floor on a trailer frame. The floor framing is pressure treated 4x4's with the deck being 2x6 tongue and groove car decking. It has two axles, a black water tank, a fresh water tank and steps on the passenger side. The trailer is wired for lights and has a 4 pin harness and a 2-5/16" ball hitch. The tongue hand crank works very well. Since it is home made, it has no registration. The owner will have to use the bill of sale and go to the scales at the landfill and take the weight slip in to Tax Collector to get plates for it. In the photos you will see where when I was constructing it, I wrote the measurement of where the toilet rough in dimensions are so if it is used for a tiny home in the future, the toilet flange can be cut out. I also marked the center of the toilet rough in with a X in sharpie prior to installing 3 coats of Cabot solid body stain sealer with top coat of clear sealer. If you don't have ramps, you will need to work out how to get whatever you are carrying up onto the top of the deck. Should hold up for a long time in the weather. Every piece of car decking was sealed 4 sides and the ends prior to assemble so the pressure treated car decking would last "forever".Taking offers.
