*A private cabin tucked away in the backyard of the main farmhouse, fenced off for seclusion.
*This cozy sleeping nook has a queen-sized bed.
*Mini kitchen inside: electric kettle, half-fridge, coffee machine, toaster oven, electric burner, and basic dishes.
*Additional outdoor kitchenette: sink, propane burner, pots, pans, and utensils.
*Rustic campground-style outdoor restroom and shower, located just a few steps away in the nearby forest.
*Enjoy the green lawns, gardens, hammocks, picnic table, dining area, and forest.
*Salish Sea water views from the front garden.
*Located in a beautiful cedar forest, home to a small permaculture farm with dairy goats, ducks, chickens, turkeys, and more.
Lease & Rental Terms:
Month-to-month lease: $975 total. $800/mo rent + $175/mo utilities (includes high-speed Wi-Fi and all utilities except propane).
Security deposit: $975
Optional RV/camper parking available next to the cabin for an additional fee.
Short-term stays possible for $500/week + $500 refundable deposit + $135/one-time cleaning fee.
Background checks required. ($40)
This is a month-to-month rental that can be extended indefinitely as long as all parties are amenable.
