We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking Shop Worker to join our team.
We specialize in architectural sheetmetal and ACM panel fabrication, and we’re looking for someone who likes working with their hands and takes pride in doing things properly.
Duties
* Operate and assist with CNC equipment
* Cut, route and fabricate aluminum/ACM panels
* Assemble panel frames and components
* Read measurements and basic shop drawings
* Use power tools and shop equipment
* Package and organize finished materials
* Load/unload materials
* Keep the shop clean and organized
* Assist with general fabrication and production
What We’re Looking For
* Reliable and shows up on time
* Good with measurements and basic math
* Comfortable using power tools
* Mechanically inclined
* Able to lift and handle large sheets/materials
* Works well independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail is a must
Experience with CNC machines, aluminum fabrication, sheet metal, ACM panels, construction, or similar shop work is an asset, but we’re willing to train the right person.
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Compensation: Competitive — based on experience
