We're actively hiring motivated contractors and installers to join our growing team immediately.
This role combines both service work and installation of our gutter protection systems. Servicing our existing customers is a major part of the position, helping ensure consistent work throughout the year. When service volume slows, especially during dry periods, you'll stay busy installing our products, giving you access to reliable year-round income.
Paid Training Provided
No gutter guard experience? No problem. We provide paid training for individuals with the right skills, work ethic, and attitude.
Many of our top-performing installers have backgrounds in:
- Roofing
- Siding installation
- Window installation
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Cable or satellite installation
- General construction and exterior home services
What You'll Need
- Reliable truck or van
- Basic installation tools
- Ladders of various lengths
- General Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain it)
- Workers' Compensation Coverage (or willingness to obtain it)
- Strong understanding of residential construction and home exteriors
