I originally paid over $1,600 CAD when I bought it new, so $649 is an incredible deal for a sofa bed in these conditions, material and size.
It has only been used for about six months. My family came to visit and used it as a bed for approximately two weeks, and they slept very comfortably. It also comes with a $100 memory foam mattress topper, which was only used for those two weeks, for FREE!
I am selling it simply because I no longer need a sofa bed. It has been very well cared for and is still in excellent condition.
