1x1= $875 (660 sq ft) 2x1 = $1,099 (1030 sq ft) 3x2 = $1,199 (1201 sq ft)
1x1= $921 (746 sq ft) 2x1.5 =$1,099 (1320 sq ft) - Townhome 3x2 = $1,199 (1230 sq ft)
1x1= $921 (749 sq ft) 2x2=$1,099 (1003 sq ft)
- Our rent specials are: $0 application fees and 1/2 off first 2 full months' rent. And we are also offering $350 for resident referrals. no limits
- Price & availability: To provide you with availability and qualification information, please let us know your **household size, and total gross household income**.
- Total cost of moving: Because we are an income restricted property, the minimum requirement is 2x the rent. The maximum gross annual allowed depends on the household size and they are as follows:

2 Person HH $42,180
3 Person HH $47,460
4 Person HH $52,680
5 Person HH $56,940
6 Person HH $61,140
8 Person HH $65,340
Deposits amounts are based on credit screening, and it can either double or deny:
For a 1x1 = $250
For a 2x2 = $300
For a 3x3 = $350
Non-refundable Pet fee: $300 (2 pets max/25lbs per pet max)
Water, sewer, and trash are included in the rent amount. And the electricity is allocated and billed monthly.
Obtaining renters insurance is HIGHLY recommended but not required.
Please Note:
Applications hold the unit for you.
Applications are done in office between 8-4 (m-f) and 10-2 (sat).
All adults must be present for application.
If you are interested, you will need to bring in with you:
DL/ID for all adults.
Social Security Cards for everyone in the household.
Birth Certificates for all children.
All proof of income (i.e. Last 6 current check stubs, SSI award letters, Child support activity reports)
