A beautiful popular 37-foot cruising sailboat known for its stability and spacious interior. Bottom and freeboard professionally painted in Nov 2024! She has a very convenient layout, both topside and below. Featuring a masthead sloop rig, shallow draft 4’6” perfect for Gulf water, spade rudder, and powered by a Perkins 4108, 50HP diesel and 6kw Northernlights generator. She is a perfect day sailor, blue water cruiser, or casual racer and will take you places right off the dock!

Sails/Rig. Mast head sloop with MackPack and roller-furling jib. These two features make raising and lowering sails easy! Main has two reef points and Jib is marked for two. Main new: 2017, Jib New 2023, Garhaurer Ridge Boom Vang, New 2025, Adjustable Whisker Pole.

Interior. New in 2024 14,000 BTU AC with heat. Very light interior with two over hatches in the main cabin and a third in the owner’s stateroom. 11 opening port holes with new screens. Beautiful woodwork. LED lighting throughout. Two quarter berths and two pullout forward berths – No need to drop the table!
Tankage. 55 gallons fuel tank, cleaned in 2023, 100 gallon water tank
Galley. 1.7 cu. ft mini fridge. Drop in cooler/ice box in galley. Propane camp stove in galley – Can be removed to cook on the dock! Excellent for cruising or dock parties.
