Dishwasher & Prep Cook Positions Available
Tavern 5 is looking for motivated, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment, take pride in what you do, and want to be part of a great team, we’d love to hear from you.
PREP COOK RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare ingredients for daily service, including washing, cutting, chopping, and portioning.
Follow recipes, preparation lists, and kitchen standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.
Properly store and label food while following food safety guidelines.
Assist the kitchen team with daily prep and service needs.
Work efficiently and communicate with team members to keep kitchen operations running smoothly.
DISHWASHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Keep the dish area clean, organized, and stocked throughout service.
Assist with general kitchen cleaning and sanitation.
Remove trash and help maintain a safe, tidy kitchen.
Support cooks and other kitchen staff as needed.
Work efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining cleanliness and organization.

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.
Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is a plus, but not required for every position.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
