About the Position:
A Better Way Moving and Relocation is expanding our OTR freight division and looking for dependable, experienced NON-CDL box truck drivers to haul general freight nationwide. Our trucks are fully equipped with sleepers for your comfort on the road, and we keep steady freight moving year-round.
What You’ll Do:
* Operate a 26-ft box truck hauling general freight (no household goods)
* Run multi-state routes safely and efficiently
* Communicate with dispatch and provide timely load updates
* Maintain accurate driver logs and inspection reports
* Keep equipment clean and road-ready
Compensation:
* 20% of gross load revenue
* Weekly performance bonuses for safe, on-time deliveries
* Weekly direct deposits (every Friday)
Schedule & Workload:
* Over-the-road (OTR) position — expect to be out 1–2 weeks at a time
* Average 6 days on, 1 day off (Sunday optional)
* Consistent freight and dedicated lanes
Requirements:
* Valid Driver’s License (NON-CDL) — required
* Must be 21+ years old
* 1+ year box-truck or OTR experience preferred
* Clean MVR and strong work ethic
* Ability to lift up to 75 lbs when needed
* Must be reliable, respectful, and ready to work
