We are looking for driven sales professionals who want to build long-term customer relationships, generate new business, and earn strong commissions in a high-growth industry with Diamond Blade Sales Experience or alike.
This role is focused on proactive sales development and relationship building — not just answering phones.
What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new B2B customer relationships nationwide
Conduct outbound sales calls to contractors, dealers, and industry buyers
Follow up on leads generated from marketing, trade shows, and referrals
Prepare quotes, negotiate deals, and close sales
Manage and grow an assigned customer territory
Maintain ongoing relationships to drive repeat business
Inbound leads and calls will be provided — but success in this role comes from actively generating new opportunities.
Highly Desired Experience
Candidates with the following backgrounds will stand out:
Diamond blade or cutting tool industry experience
Construction equipment sales experience
B2B sales experience
Experience selling to contractors, dealers, or industrial customers
Inside sales or remote phone sales success
