Location: Coconut Creek, FL – Hillsboro Blvd. & Lyons Rd.
Position: Full-Time, In-Office
Compensation: Base Pay + Commission + Bonuses
$1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
Blades Direct is one of the hottest e-commerce brands and fastest-growing companies in the construction equipment industry.
We are looking for motivated, career-oriented individuals to join our growing B2B inside sales team. You'll sell construction equipment, diamond tools, and related products to contractors and businesses nationwide.
We're growing fast and looking for people who want to grow with us.
Construction industry experience is a plus, but NOT required. We will train the right person.
Strong sales and closing experience is also a plus, but not required. If you are motivated, coachable, and willing to learn, we will train you.
Compensation & Benefits
$1,000 signing bonus
Base pay + commission
Bonus opportunities after 90 days
401(k) eligibility after 90 days

Training and opportunity for advancement
Schedule
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:45 PM
What We're Looking For
Must be coachable and willing to learn
Fluent English
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Familiarity with CRM software
Basic computer skills
Basic math skills
Reliable transportation
Career-oriented and motivated
Dependable and punctual
