Yep, there's some rust under the battery tray area. Also can see some in the rear crease of both front fenders.
Brown vinyl upholstery is ripe. Maybe an economical set of covers will give you a couple years of use before they need fresh upholstery? Or not; your choice. Same goes for carpet and door panels, as seen in the pics.
