Very solid ...In Great Condition ..new Gas Tanks ..fresh update three years ago. 1970 23' Allmand and trailer. Paperwork for both boat and trailer....V-8 I/O....cuddy cabin - new bimini top...Just freshly cleaned top to bottom and looks Showroom with Fresh Bottom Paint....last used 2024.....two owners ./...Flawless hull and all exterior ...Clean interior with two moveable fighting chairs ...These were much sought after boats for fishing .....can be seen at my residence in Point Pleasant. There are none left like this one. THESE BOATS ARE 100K TODAY.....NEEDS NEW STEERING CABLE...Just re-cleaned and fresh battery ...turns right over ..If I replace steering cable and install new bilge pump it will be $8k and worth it./
