* Under-cabin storage: no junk but weather-tight bins, kayaks/canoes will fit.
* Parking for one car only.
* Beautiful new bulkhead on Currituck Sound
* Dead-end road and a dilapidated boat ramp, usable only by kayak or canoe.
* VIEWS of Currituck Sound, the SUNRISE and huge HARVEST MOONS are included.
