We are looking for an experienced and reliable carpenter with proven experience building outdoor decks for a residential project in Long Pond, PA.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build and install outdoor wood decks
- Perform structural framing, including posts, beams, joists, and decking
- Construct deck stairs and railings
- Accurately measure, cut, and install lumber
- Work independently and maintain quality workmanship
- Follow construction plans and safety requirements
**Requirements:**
- At least 3 years of carpentry experience, preferably with deck construction
- Must have hands-on experience building decks
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own basic carpentry tools preferred
- Reliable transportation to Long Pond, PA
- Dependable, efficient, and detail-oriented
**Compensation:**
$30–$40/hour based on skills, experience, and ability to work independently.
Potential for additional construction and renovation projects for the right person.
