- The solar-powered door opener is a real game changer! It saves going out in all kinds of weather to open or close the coop. It also has a remote control to open or close the door on demand.
- The coop footprint on the ground is approximately 36" by 36". With the nesting boxes, it's 36" x 67".
- The run is approximately 36" x 8' 10".
- The coop is completely reinforced to withstand wind storms.
- Includes some extra cranberry and black paint!
- The side that faces into the rain will need weatherstripping added to avoid leaks.
Craigslist should have a condition option in-between good and excellent, something like very good, which is what I would choose for the coop.
