PLEASE HELP my family is going to become homeless. Our lease is up sep 7th and we have been searching and paying for applications but we get denied due to low credit/recent bankruptcy. In desperate need of a private landlord to rent a house to a small family of 4. We have verified income same employment for 8 years we are responsible , clean & drug free family just raising our kids. good tenants and will take great care of your property. Please help. We need a 2-3 bd and budget is $1,800 mo max. A program called family promise will pay all move in expenses. But everyone is denying us. We are at a loss . We have 2 small chihuahuas but at this point willing to to let them go, sadly . Thank you for any resources and recommendations!!
