We are seeking a Rigging Laborers to assist with rigging operations, equipment maintenance, and safety procedures. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in rigging operations, including preparing and setting up equipment.
Guide loads during movement to ensure safe lifting and placement.
Conduct equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance or repairs.
Follow safety protocols, including proper hand signals and lifting plans.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, free of hazards.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs., climbing, balancing, and working in confined spaces.
Prior rigging experience preferred but not required.
Forklift operation experience is a plus.
Mechanical aptitude is beneficial.
Ability to work at varying heights and maneuver equipment in tight spaces.
Strong teamwork skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Perform physical tasks, including lifting to 50 lbs., climbing, balancing, and working in confined spaces.
Qualifications and Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior moving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred (not required).
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Basic math and inventory skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and overtime.
• Must have reliable means to get to work daily (REQUIRED)
• Must pass pre-employment background check
Safety and Compliance
• Must follow OSHA, DOT, and company safety regulations.
• Use proper lifting techniques and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Immediately report injuries, accidents, and near misses.

Work Environment
• Residential homes, commercial buildings, warehouses, and moving trucks.

Compensation and Benefits
• Hourly wage: $ 18.00- $ 22.00
• Overtime in accordance FLSA minimum OT
