This saw will need work, but the hardest parts to come by are all present. If you were thinking of building a saw, this would be a great starting point.

The tank is pitted but solid. The hood will need a creative solution to button up the back end and a new bigger window on top.
The arbor shaft feels pretty good, replacing bearings on these are not too bad. The carriage & rails looks in good shape. The back of the vise is missing, as is the auto feed threaded rod. The motor mount is also present.

Rather than just sell the carriage and arbor online and scrapping the rest, It'd be good if someone local wanted it.
