I have approximately 350 square feet of solid Red Oak flooring which carefully removed from our house before it was torn down a number of years ago. Since then I have kept the wood dry and removed the nails from about a third of it. Pieces range from approx. 12 inches to 8 feet and have remarkably a have kept the original features . Solid Red Oak flooring of the same width and thickness is now about $ 4.79 per sq. ft. at Lowes. I am asking $300 for the portion now without nails. and am willing to to bargain the portion still with nails. Note that I continue to remove nails from pieces that still has them.
