Prep.4 winter, Need ANY type of insulation (Plattsburgh)

Hello, so, the home I am in currently, is very bad during the winter. The windows are rotted and the floors are squishy in too many places... During winter, the cold breezes in from too many places... I'm working on moving but HAVE to stay this one last winter..this time, I want and need to be more prepared for the cold season..so, I'm asking if anyone has ANY types of items that can be used to insulate things a bit .. so, like any cans of expanding foam, foam boards, wooden boards, large pieces of mat board, carpets, blankets..etc..but it either has to be free or for trade..I dont have much but a few items I can trade for. Just tell me what you have and include pics of possible and I will let you know what items I have for it
