The scooter runs well and holds a charge. It comes with a charger. It was always stored in a garage when not being used and was never left outside in the elements.
It has been used regularly and has normal cosmetic wear, including scuffs and scratches.
Please note the following:
-Seat is torn and has exposed foam
-Front light is loose/hanging; I have not confirmed whether it works
-Charger is included, although I am not sure if it is the original charger
-Cosmetic wear from regular use
-Sold as-is
